We missed Dick Clark last night and opted for sleep instead. We welcomed 2011 with some filet mignon and tasty sauces that Clarice makes so nicely. Homemade mac-n-cheese and plum pudding today! Slurp!
Later will come the Chorizo sausage in quesedillas with refried beans and spanish rice. Is it any wonder that I can’t seem to stay below 200 lbs?
